Rocket Stove/Mass Heater

Being a photo journal of the construction of our new Rocket Stove, start to finish, featuring 2012 July wwoofers Vanessa and Benoit.  A Rocket Stove is  super-efficient for cooking as it is fueled by small twigs or branches and heats up very quickly. It is made of bricks, mortar, 2 metal flues, wood ash for insulation, and a  grill grate.
